The Coaching Process
Coaching is a way to assist you in unlocking your potential, meeting your goals, and maximising your performance. It’s my objective to provide you with support, knowledge, expertise, guidance and hold you accountable. Coaching sessions are 100% judgement free and totally confidential. To ask the hard questions to help you increase self-awareness.
What I expect from my Clients
As my client, you are expected to be on time for our coaching sessions and ready to work. Please be fully present and free from distractions as much as possible. Please ensure you take notes from our coaching calls and be committed to bringing about the desired change. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice if I need to reschedule our session by phoning. I understand that if I fail to notify my coach and completely miss our scheduled session, that I will be charged 25% of session fee. If at any time I have a concern about the coaching experience, I will raise it with my coach in the first instance, either verbally or in writing. I understand that my coach requires healthy communication in order to provide me with a speedy resolution. I understand that the role of a Self-Worth and Personal Growth Coach is to act as a supportive guide during the coaching process. The results that will stem from each session will depend entirely on the responsibility of me taking action on our agreed steps forward to create the changes I desire.
